Ihsan linguistically means “to further beautify”. Islamically, Ihsan is that you worship Allah in the best possible manner, with excellence and proficiency. "Ihsan is that you worship Allah as if you are seeing Him; and though you cannot, He is certainly seeing you." (Al-Bukhari)
Sheikh Abdulaziz ibn Baz (rahimahullah) said: “Ihsan means to perform deeds knowing that Allah is aware of one's deeds. When one acts knowing that Allah is watching him, he will perform his actions in the best possible way.”
“Verily, Allah enjoins justice and Ihsan." (16:90)
"And practice Ihsan. Truly, Allah loves the doers of Ihsan." (2:195) |
